Who are you?
You are a real technical problem-solver; supportive, hands-on and customer-oriented. You are full of energy and have a desire to work in a dynamic environment in a young team.
Your profile:
- Engineering/electrical education background (MTS or HTS)
- Technical expertise in electrical equipment or electronics
- At least 3 years aftersales and/or technical experience in an international setting
- Strong team worker, with good communication, and the ability to interact with a variety of different parties (customers, sales team, product management, etc.)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
This gives you an edge:
- Knowledge of Lighting application, products and control systems
- Dutch and/or German
Your responsibilities:
- Manage and improve total Technical Claim Process in Europe
- First point of contact for Customer Claims
- Assessment and investigation of technical claims, including customer onsite visits, where deemed necessary.
- Work closely with sales team and involved parties to solve customer problems in a fast and cost-efficient way.
- Work closely with Quality team in Headquarter to improve product quality and manage risk.
- Operational management of rework actions and maintenance of spare parts
- Cooperation with product management on technical issues and new product development
- Document and report technical complaints and After-sales statistics for all product categories
- Monitoring of failure rates for products in the market and taking responsive reactions
- Providing of regular transparent financial overviews to management
