Who are you?
You are a driven, experienced and dedicated Product Sales Manager with desire to succeed, you are customer-focused, solution- and result-oriented.
Your profile:
- Bachelor / master’s degree in engineering, marketing, or another relevant field
- Hands-on mentality, good team player
- 1-3 years professional experiences of product management in an international setting, knowledge of the professional lighting market is a big plus
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Fluent In English both written and verbal, any other European language is a plus
- High energy levels / enthusiastic

- Solution and result-oriented
- Customer-oriented

Your responsibilities:
- Manage a designated portfolio including prices, product phasing in and out, product data management
- Understand customer requirements & market insights and able to translate them into product requirements, priorities for new product introductions and new business opportunities (in cooperation with sales and R&D China)
- Manage the communication between the product development team in China and Europe
- Involve in segment and channel plan making
- Provide organizational support towards entire sales organization
- Transfer local knowledge to the different stakeholders in the organization (develop training programs)
